*2 x Lamb loins & 2 x rib loins cut into chops 

*1 x Lamb neck cut into chops 

*2 x Lamb shoulders cut into chops 

*Lamb ribs 

*Lamb foreshanks whole x 2 

Option 2 - Gourmet Box 

*2 x half lamb leg 

*2 x half butterfly lamb leg 

*2 x lamb rack 

*2 x Lamb loins cut into chops

*1 x Boneless lamb shoulder roast

*1 x Lamb shoulder butterflied 

*1 x Lamb neck cut into chops

*Lamb ribs

*Lamb foreshanks whole x 2 

Option 3 - Boneless rolled whole lamb 

This is a whole lamb boned & rolled into one big roast! These are perfect for spit roast or catering 

-All chops will be packed into packs of 4 

-Roasts & Racks packed individually 

-Lamb shanks packed in pairs 

-Any off cut / bones will be bagged and shipped unless told otherwise by the customer
